Stadim is a renowned real estate valuations company focussed on the Belgian market. As part of their digital transformation, the company asked us to assist them in turning some of their offline spreadsheets into full-fledged digital tools.
Our first collaboration with Stadim resulted in a tool to help potential real estate buyers to more easily secure a bank loan by helping them valuate their targeted property.
Design an accessible, intuitive application to collect and share real estate data.
Develop the tool in small iterations (agile) and make sure to capture feedback early and often.
A responsive web application, build on UX Design best-practices.
Successfully delivered the application, several of Stadim’s partners have already signed up for the pilot.
We delivered the application in short iterations, gradually releasing the application to a larger audience, continuously responding to feedback from early adopters. This approach allowed us to understand and remove any impediments throughout the process.
As the app would eventually be rolled-out to a very large audience, we ma de sure to pay special attention to scalability and ease of use.

Usability and Design
Using state-of-the-art technology, we have created a responsive web application that includes all parameters necessary to value a property. The application automatically reconfigures the visual components to fit any mobile device.
By starting from one codebase for web and mobile, we were able to accelerate development enormously. This also makes long term support and maintenance less complex.
After the successful delivery, several Stadim partners have already registered for the pilot phase of the application. With the app they broaden their offer and can attract new customers.
Hatch has been working closely with Stadim for two years now. In addition to the valuation solution, we also helped them to digitize other services.
